World in Monocrome.
As I write this on the 14th of January the temperature has risen to the dizzy heights of 2C and the weather forecasters are predicted a long overdue thaw. So with luck we may see some colour returning to the countryside soon - in the meantime we continue to see the world in black and white here. As I am no Ansel Adams, (who is), I quickly tire of seeing the world in monocrome and long for the warmth and colours of Spring. Until then it's white sky and white earth here in the England.
